SaveMy75 for HITAM students
How SaveMy75 works with HITAM ERP and the HITAM student portal — attendance sync, privacy, troubleshooting, and free planning tools. Independent of HITAM; your portal remains official.
What is SaveMy75?
SaveMy75 is an attendance planning product for college students. It helps you track percentage, know how many classes you can safely miss (buffer), and plan recovery if you fall below a target such as 75%.
For HITAM students, the app can sync attendance from HITAM ERP after you sign in. This website also offers free calculators that work without any login.

Attendance synchronization with HITAM ERP
When you link HITAM ERP in the SaveMy75 app, the product authenticates with your student credentials and requests attendance data available through the portal integration path. Results appear on your dashboard as percentages, held vs attended, and planning insights.
Sync depends on HITAM ERP availability and network connectivity. If the portal is down or slow, refresh later. Subject-level vs overall totals can differ — always verify critical decisions against the HITAM student portal.
The free calculators on this site do not perform ERP sync. Enter numbers from your portal manually for immediate buffer and recovery math.

How we handle credentials and attendance
Precise answers — not vague promises. SaveMy75 is independent software for students; HITAM systems stay authoritative.
Passwords are not stored on this website
The free HITAM calculator and marketing pages never ask for your HITAM ERP password. They run in your browser on numbers you type.
App ERP auth is for sync only
In the SaveMy75 app, credentials are used to authenticate against HITAM ERP and pull attendance. Transmission uses HTTPS. We design so passwords are not kept in plain text for casual reuse.
Attendance math is local to the calculator
Buffer, recovery, and semester projection on this site are computed client-side with the shared attendance engine. No account is required to calculate.
Student data stays private
We do not sell attendance data. App data is scoped to your account. Sharing a calculator link only shares the numbers in the URL you choose to send.
HITAM ERP remains the system of record
Official attendance, detention decisions, and condonation rules come from HITAM and the student portal — not from SaveMy75 estimates.
You control linking
You can use calculators without ERP. In the app, you can unlink or sign out to stop sync. Common concerns are covered in the FAQ below.
Security practices
Transport
App and API traffic use HTTPS. Do not enter ERP passwords on untrusted networks when possible.
Scope
Marketing calculators never collect ERP passwords. App linking is opt-in and reversible.
Authority
HITAM systems decide official attendance. SaveMy75 estimates do not override college policy.

Troubleshooting
Portal numbers do not match the calculator
Copy attended and held directly from the HITAM student portal overall view. Subject-only totals will not match overall attendance. Refresh the portal if grades or attendance were just updated.
ERP sync fails in the app
Confirm HITAM ERP is online, credentials are correct, and your network allows HTTPS. Try again after a few minutes — college portals sometimes rate-limit or briefly fail.
I am below 75% and do not know what to do
Open the HITAM attendance calculator, enter portal totals, set target 75%, and add remaining classes. Use recovery count and semester projection. Speak with your department for official condonation or policy questions.
I do not want to link ERP
Use the free calculators only — no ERP login required. You can still plan buffer and recovery with manual entry.
