These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and SaveMy75, an independent software service operated by its sole proprietor, Abhinav Rao, under the software venture FARSSH, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("SaveMy75", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account, downloading our mobile application, accessing our web application at app.savemy75.com, visiting our website at savemy75.com, or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

SaveMy75 is an academic planning utility designed to help college and university students track attendance, calculate safe absence buffers, project future attendance percentages, organize class schedules, and avoid academic detention under institutional attendance mandates (such as the standard 75% requirement).

Core features include offline-first attendance calculators, automated timetable and attendance synchronization with supported institutional student portals (ERP systems) using credentials you securely provide, absence journey projections, and personalized academic notifications.

To access and use SaveMy75, you must satisfy the following conditions:

• Eligibility: You must be an enrolled student or authorized academic user. If you are under 18 years of age (as defined under Indian data protection law), you confirm that you use SaveMy75 with the knowledge and consent of your parent or legal guardian.
• Authentication: Accounts are created and secured using third-party OAuth providers, primarily Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication, and Sign in with Apple on iOS devices. You agree to safeguard your authentication credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Credential Responsibility: If you choose to link your institution’s ERP portal, you provide your student roll number and portal password. You represent that you are legally authorized to access that account. You remain solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your credentials.

When you explicitly authorize attendance sync, SaveMy75 uses automated retrieval protocols to fetch attendance registers and timetables from your institution’s web portal on your behalf.

• Independent Provider: SaveMy75 is an independent tool and is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or certified by any educational institution (including HITAM, JNTUH, or other universities) or commercial ERP software vendors (including WebProsIndia).
• Sole Official Authority: All attendance percentages, projections, buffer counts, and recovery plans provided by SaveMy75 are estimates intended strictly for personal planning and informational guidance. Your college’s official portal and academic records office remain the sole and final authority regarding your official attendance, condonation eligibility, and exam qualification.
• Portal Availability: Institutional portals are external third-party systems subject to maintenance, downtime, layout modifications, and firewall changes. We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free synchronization.

SaveMy75 offers a free core tier along with optional paid subscription tiers (such as "SaveMy75 Pro" or "Student Pass") that provide enhanced functionality, including automatic background portal synchronization, advanced multi-subject recovery projections, priority processing, and extended historical archives.

• Billing Periods: Subscriptions are offered on recurring or term-based billing cycles (e.g., monthly, per-semester, or annual periods), as clearly specified during plan selection and checkout.
• Pricing & Currency: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Pricing for upcoming billing cycles is shown transparently before purchase confirmation.
• Applicable Taxes: Subscription fees are inclusive of all applicable statutory Indian taxes unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
• Price Modifications: We reserve the right to revise subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply to subsequent billing cycles upon your explicit renewal or advance notice.

Payments for SaveMy75 subscriptions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), which supports UPI AutoPay, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and authorized electronic mandates.

• Payment Authorization: By selecting a recurring subscription plan and completing the initial payment authentication, you expressly authorize SaveMy75 and Razorpay to debit your chosen payment instrument for recurring subscription renewals at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.
• PCI-DSS Security: SaveMy75 does not collect, receive, or store your payment card numbers, CVV, expiry dates, netbanking passwords, or UPI PINs. All financial transactions and payment instrument tokens are handled exclusively by Razorpay under industry-standard PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
• Failed Renewals: If a scheduled recurring charge fails (for example, due to insufficient funds, mandate expiration, or banking declines), our payment systems may retry the transaction over a grace period. If payment cannot be completed, paid premium features may be suspended, and your account will revert to the free basic tier. Your stored historical data will not be deleted due to a payment failure.

• Cancellation at Any Time: You may cancel your subscription or recurring AutoPay mandate at any time through the in-app subscription settings or by emailing support@savemy75.com.
• Access Through Billing Period: When you cancel a subscription, auto-renewal is immediately stopped, and you will not be charged again. You retain full access to all paid features until the expiration date of your current, already-paid billing period.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered for verified technical failures where paid features fail to unlock and cannot be provisioned by our support team, duplicate billing transactions, or accidental multiple charges, when reported within 7 calendar days of the transaction.

You agree to use SaveMy75 exclusively for lawful academic and personal planning purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code, algorithms, or API endpoints of SaveMy75 or its scrapers.
• Access or attempt to access another student’s account, ERP records, or private academic data without lawful authorization.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to overload, probe, disrupt, or degrade SaveMy75 servers, databases, or partner infrastructure.
• Circumvent subscription paywalls, rate limits, access controls, or license restrictions.
• Impersonate any person, college official, faculty member, or educational institution.
• Violate applicable laws, IT rules, or your educational institution’s student code of conduct.

SaveMy75 strives to maintain reliable software access. However, services are provided over public telecommunications networks and depend on third-party cloud infrastructure (such as Cloudflare, Firebase, and payment gateways). We do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous 100% uptime.

We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency system maintenance, deploy security updates, or temporarily restrict features as necessary to preserve system integrity and user security.

All intellectual property rights in SaveMy75, including software code, application designs, logos, trademarks, database structures, documentation, visual identities, and algorithms, are owned by Abhinav Rao / SaveMy75 or licensed to us.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SaveMy75 on your personal devices solely for your academic planning in compliance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, in no event shall SaveMy75, its proprietor (Abhinav Rao), developers, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Any academic detention, exam disqualification, loss of attendance condonation, disciplinary action, or academic consequences resulting from your attendance records or decisions.
• Discrepancies, inaccuracies, or delays between SaveMy75 estimates and official institutional portal records.
• Downtime, data loss, portal layout changes, or temporary inability to synchronize records with your college ERP.
• Unauthorized access to your device, Google account, or college credentials caused by factors outside our reasonable technical control.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to SaveMy75 for the subscription during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular academic purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of SaveMy75 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action, dispute, or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated via notice on our website or within the application. Continued use of the service after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
