Terms of Service

The rules and conditions that govern your use of SaveMy75 mobile apps, web app, and website.

1. Description of Service

SaveMy75 is an independent utility that helps students track and plan academic attendance. Features may include attendance sync from a college ERP (with credentials you provide), calculators, buffers, recovery plans, and related insights. By using SaveMy75 you agree to these Terms.

2. User Accounts and Security

Most features require Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your Google account and any ERP credentials you link.
  • Take responsibility for activity under your SaveMy75 account.
  • Provide accurate information, including college portal credentials when you choose to link ERP sync.
  • Notify us promptly at support@savemy75.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Automated Data Collection (Scraper Disclaimer)

SaveMy75 may use automated retrieval (scraping) to obtain attendance and related records from your institution’s portal when you authorize it.

  • SaveMy75 is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by HITAM, WebProsIndia, or any educational institution.
  • Portal layouts, availability, and policies can change without notice. We cannot guarantee continuous, error-free sync.
  • All metrics in SaveMy75 are for planning reference only. Your college portal is the sole official authority for attendance and academic standing.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the service except as allowed by law.
  • Impersonate any person, institution, or faculty member.
  • Abuse, overload, or attack our infrastructure, scrapers, or APIs.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of your institution’s policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveMy75 and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Academic penalties, detention, or exam disqualification related to attendance.
  • Discrepancies between SaveMy75 estimates and official college records.
  • Service interruptions, portal downtime, or inability to sync data.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
